WHO ARE THE EMPIRE STATE GREYS?

The Empire State Greys, are the official 16th Team (Franchise) in the Frontier Professional Baseball League. Representing the Adirondack Region of New York, the team is based out of the Tri-Lakes area Towns of Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. The Team however, plays all of their games on the road as a travel only visiting team, due to being a league placement team that does not have a Minor League standardized Stadium, and will not play home games until the establishment of the new Franchise and Stadium is finalized.
The Team is owned and operated by the Empire Baseball League organization, which is a Developmental League in the Tri-Lakes, that provides the most talented young up and coming ball players out of College and Free agents the opportunity to evolve as Professionals, and serves as a recruiting system to the MLB partner League in the United States.
The Greys are made up of players that earn an opportunity out of the Empire League, but if players are not ready to move up from the Empire League, players can be also recruited from tryout camps and developmental leagues from around the Country.
Regarded as the youngest and less experienced team in the Frontier League, the primary mission of the Team is to showcase its talent to help further their ball players careers with future opportunities to either established franchises in any MLB partner league or even MLB direct affiliates.
To Be a part of the Greys players can Tryout at any Frontier or Empire League camps, or players can play in the Empire League to earn a roster spot.
Player can contact Baseball@empireproleague.com  for tryout information.
